What Index Division does
- Index Division manufactures the NC index table that allows processing of automobile parts and hydraulic parts on MCT (machining center) at various angles and performs installation and trial operation of the table on the client’s equipment.
- Diverse index jigs are manufactured to fit the SPEC. of client’s facilities and products.
1 MAIN INDEX
- Rotates to the angle instructed by the index controller
- Supports the JIG BASE(JIG part)
2 SUB SPINDLE
- Rotates to the angle rotated by the main index
- Supports the JIG BASE(JIG part)
3 TILTING NC INDEX TABLE
- Clamps the subject of processing(product) to prevent movement of the product
- Unclamps the product for unloading after porcessing is complete
4 INDEX CONTROLLER
- Processing facility and interface
- Roates the main index and Y-axis index to the designated angle
- Monitors operation status of the index
5 HYDRAULIC UNIT
- Provides pressure(hydraulic) to clamp the grear of the main index, sub index and Y-axis index
- Provides pressure(hydraulic) to clamp or unclamp the product attached to the jig part
